Who We Are
Doug has over 20 years of sales and sales management experience for publicly traded companies such as Insperity, TriNet, MCI and Sprint Corporation. He consistently delivered strong financial results and profitable growth both as an individual contributor and as a manager that recruited and developed teams of top performing sales professionals. Doug’s passion for the profession of sales and his resulting sales acumen resulted in several President’s Club and Chairman’s Club awards as both a rep and manager. He attended City College of New York and lives in Northern New Jersey.
Woody brings 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and sales professional to Sales Growth. Woody is one of the world’s leading sales professionals in the sale of multi-million dollar automated and mechanical parking systems to real estate developers. Before that, he was a top 5 sales rep for Insperity outsourced HR services and co-founded N.E.O.S. Overshoes which he sold to leading retailers like Nordstrom, L.L. Bean, and Orvis. Woody is a recipient of the SBA’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and a Gold Medal for Consumer Product Design in Business Week’s IDEA Awards. He attended Rollins College and lives in Northern New Jersey.
